At 5Twelve LLC, we take pride in creating quality jewelry and want you to love your purchase. Please review our Return & Exchange Policy before placing your order.
All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of jewelry and for hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect purchases, or general dissatisfaction.
Exchanges
We may offer exchanges on a case-by-case basis for eligible items if:
- The item is unused and unworn
- The item is returned in its original packaging
- The exchange request is submitted within 7 days of delivery
- The item is not a custom, personalized, or sale item
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to our error.
Approval of exchanges is at the sole discretion of 5Twelve LLC.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
To help us review your request, please provide:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
Once reviewed, we may offer one of the following remedies:
- Replacement of the item
- Store credit
- Exchange for the same item (subject to availability)
Incorrect Orders
If you receive an item that differs from what you ordered, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
We will work with you to correct the issue as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Earrings
- Custom or personalized jewelry
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Worn or used items
- Items damaged through improper care or misuse
Lost or Stolen Packages
5Twelve LLC is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delivery-related claims.
Return Shipping Requirements
If an exchange or approved return is authorized:
- Items must be securely packaged.
- Tracking is strongly recommended.
- We are not responsible for items lost during return transit.
Processing Time
Approved exchanges will typically be processed within 5–10 business days after the item is received and inspected.
Jewelry Care
To extend the life of your jewelry:
- Avoid exposure to water, lotions, perfumes, and chemicals.
- Remove jewelry before exercising, swimming, or showering.
- Store jewelry in a dry place when not in use.
Normal wear and tear is not considered a defect.
