Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Please note:

  • Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
  • During sales, product launches, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may be extended.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Package weight
  • Shipping destination
  • Selected shipping method

Any available free shipping promotions will be clearly displayed on our website.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship throughout the United States.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (if available)

Delivery estimates begin after your order has been processed and shipped.

International Shipping

International shipping may be available to select countries.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Customs duties
  • Import taxes
  • VAT fees
  • Other applicable charges imposed by their country

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect address is entered:

  • Contact us immediately.
  • We cannot guarantee address changes after an order has been processed.
  • Additional shipping fees may apply if a package must be re-shipped.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside of our control.

5Twelve LLC is not responsible for:

  • Lost packages marked as delivered
  • Stolen packages
  • Carrier delays due to weather, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances

If you experience a delivery issue, please contact the shipping carrier first. We will do our best to assist when possible.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Take photos of the package and product immediately.
  2. Contact us within 3 days of delivery.
  3. Include your order number and photographs.

We will review the situation and work toward an appropriate resolution.

Jewelry Care During Shipping

While we carefully package every order, slight tangling of chains or minor movement during transit may occur. This does not indicate product damage.
